Flow Calibration Laboratory

Eureka has established a wet flow calibration laboratory for calibration of various flowmeters.

This laboratory is NABL accredited and offers both gravimetric and comparison methods of calibration standards.

It can calibrate instruments from 15 NB to 600 NB in size and flow rates from 100 LPH to 100,000 LPH.

The uncertainty of the primary standard is 0.3%, and for the comparison standard, it is 0.5%.

Flowmeters such as Rotameters, DP elements, Turbine, Vortex, and Coriolis mass flowmeters can be calibrated on this system.

The laboratory is automated using a SCADA system, operated by certified professionals.

Mass Flow Calibration

In-house calibration laboratory traceable to national standards, located in Pune.

Primary standard uses a piston prover for calibration from 1.25 mln/min to 10,000 mln/min.

Comparison method uses a rotary meter for the range of 2.5 to 25 m³/hr.

The system accuracy is 0.3% to 0.4%, depending on the flow rate.

Mass flowmeters/controllers of any make can be calibrated.

Eureka also provides onsite calibration services for manufacturing plants and R&D laboratories.
